Each eligible individual may register only one Account on VIP188. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify VIP188 immediately via the in-platform support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. VIP188 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Before any withdrawal is processed, VIP188 requires Players to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months;

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Requirements

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• 288% Magnificent Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Valid for 30 days.
• 100% Standard First Deposit Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Valid for 14 days.
• 188% Esports Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Valid for 21 days.

6.3 VIP Programme Rewards

Loyalty points earned through the VIP programme are subject to separate programme terms and may not be redeemed for cash unless specifically stated. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates and monthly bonuses, are reviewed on a monthly basis and are subject to the maintenance of the required turnover threshold for each tier.

• Any losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and FPX;
• Any losses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to inadequate password security on your part;
• Any gambling losses incurred during legitimate use of the Platform — by their nature, gambling involves financial risk and VIP188 does not guarantee winnings.

The aggregate liability of VIP188 for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

VIP188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that a Player is located in or is a resident of a Prohibited Territory;

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money Balance (i.e., funds deposited and not yet wagered as required by active bonus terms) will be reviewed and returned where it is determined that no fraudulent activity has occurred.
